Edufy Canada Inc. (referred to as 'Edufy', 'we', 'us', or 'our') is an education consulting company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. We provide education pathway guidance, program research, and application support services to individuals seeking to study in Canada.

We are not Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs), immigration lawyers, or licensed immigration representatives of any kind. Nothing on these Platforms, in our services, or in any communication from us constitutes immigration advice, legal advice, or immigration representation. All referrals to RCIC or legal partners are made as a courtesy and do not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or professional recommendation.

By accessing goedufy.ca or portal.goedufy.ca, completing any form, taking any quiz, purchasing any service, or creating a portal account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full
• You agree to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms
• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge

Edufy Canada Inc. offers the following paid services:

• Edufy Canada Inc. provides education consulting only. We are not RCICs, immigration lawyers, or any form of licensed immigration professional.
• Nothing we say, write, recommend, or provide constitutes immigration advice, legal advice, or professional immigration guidance.
• Any information about Express Entry, CRS scores, PGWP eligibility, study permits, work permits, or other immigration matters is provided for general educational purposes only and must not be relied upon as professional immigration advice.
• All clients who require immigration guidance are strongly encouraged to retain the services of a licensed RCIC or immigration lawyer independently.
• Where we refer clients to RCIC partners, those referrals are made as a courtesy. The RCIC operates independently and Edufy Canada Inc. is not responsible for the services, advice, outcomes, or conduct of any referred RCIC or legal professional.

The Edufy Canada Inc. Client Portal at portal.goedufy.ca is available exclusively to clients who have purchased the Strategic Program Match service, the Application Submission Support service, or the VIP Mentorship Pass.

• Portal access is granted upon confirmed payment for an eligible service
• Access is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login credentials
• The portal is used for document upload, application tracking, consultant communication, and resource access
• We reserve the right to suspend portal access if our Terms are violated
• Clients who purchased the Strategic Pathway Call or 15-Minute Clarity Call are not granted portal access through those purchases

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor
• Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of all applicable fees unless otherwise stated
• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase
• We do not store your credit card or banking information. All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with their security standards
• By completing a purchase you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided
• Services purchased are valid for 12 months from the date of payment or your last communication with us, whichever is later. If no communication or activity occurs within this 12-month period, the service will be considered expired due to dormancy, and we will have no further obligation to deliver the service or issue a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

The following terms apply to all booked appointments, including Strategic Pathway Calls and 15-Minute Clarity Calls:

• You are responsible for attending your booked appointment at the scheduled date and time
• If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours written notice by emailing arno@goedufy.ca
• If you miss a booked appointment without providing at least 24 hours prior notice, the session is forfeited with no refund or rescheduling credit
• If you miss a booked appointment without prior notice on two separate occasions, your service will be cancelled immediately with no refund
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, with reasonable notice provided to the client

By submitting any form on our Platforms, completing any quiz, purchasing any service, or creating a portal account, you consent to:

• Receiving email and other communications from Edufy Canada Inc. relating to your service, account, or inquiry
• Receiving follow-up communications and educational content related to the services you have expressed interest in
• Where you have requested an RCIC referral or consented to a partner referral, receiving communications from our trusted RCIC partner organisations in connection with your referral request
• Our sharing of only relevant information about you with third-party partners who facilitate your application process, whether for loan financing or program admissions, where necessary to provide the services you have requested
• You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by emailing arno@goedufy.ca or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Transactional communications relating to active services cannot be opted out of while your service is ongoing.

Where you request or consent to a referral to one of our RCIC partner organisations:

• Your contact information (name, email, phone number, and selected service) will be shared with the selected RCIC partner for the purpose of fulfilling your referral request
• The RCIC operates as an independent professional. Edufy Canada Inc. is not responsible for the services, fees, timelines, conduct, or outcomes of any RCIC partner
• A referral does not guarantee representation, eligibility assessment, or any immigration outcome
• You are free to engage with or decline the referred RCIC at your own discretion

Our Platforms include links to third-party loan partners (including MPower Financing and Passage) and third-party admissions platforms (including ApplyBoard) through affiliate arrangements. These links are provided as a convenience. We are not responsible for the products, services, terms, or outcomes of any third-party partner, and use of these links does not affect the price you pay.

Where you engage our Strategic Program Match, Application Submission Support, VIP Mentorship Pass, or related services, we may initiate or submit applications and share only relevant information with these partners directly on your behalf, in order to facilitate your loan or admissions application, consistent with Section 8 (Communications Consent) above.

• Events may be subject to separate registration and are governed by any additional terms communicated at the time of registration
• Events may be recorded. By attending, you consent to potentially being recorded
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Events at any time. Where an Event is cancelled, registered participants will be notified as soon as practicable
• Event content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute immigration, legal, or financial advice

All content on the Platforms including text, graphics, logos, quiz questions, program data, email content, and downloadable resources is the property of Edufy Canada Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

You are responsible for ensuring all information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current. We are not liable for errors in our services, recommendations, or outputs arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

Program information, tuition figures, deadlines, and admissions requirements provided through our services are based on publicly available data at the time of research. This information can change without notice. Always verify details directly with the institution before making any decisions.

• Edufy Canada Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platforms or services
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific service to which the claim relates
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information provided through our free tools, consultations, or communications
• We are not liable for the actions, advice, conduct, or outcomes of any RCIC, institution, or third-party partner to whom you have been referred
• We are not liable for any immigration outcomes, visa refusals, or permit denials

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edufy Canada Inc., its owner, staff, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platforms or services, or your provision of inaccurate information.

Our Platforms are built and hosted using Base44. Payments are processed by Stripe. Client communications and workflow management are handled through GoHighLevel (GHL). These platforms operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party platforms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at arno@goedufy.ca to attempt an informal resolution. If informal resolution is not possible within 30 days, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable law.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on our Platforms with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platforms or services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
